Acesonic DKR-510 Karaoke Receiver 5.1 Surround Sound, HDMI, Bluetooth & DVD Rom Review from Karin. acesonic is an awful product!!, Acesonic karaoke is an AWFUL product! My player that I use maybe once a month stopped working after 13 months and I was told I had to pay $90.00 to have it fixed. Their warranty is only good for a year, nice that it broke down a month later. Not to mention the runaround I got from the employees that work in the City of Industry’s warehouse. They do not act like they know what their doing what-so-ever. They are not into pleasing their customers at all. Awful company! I would never buy their product again. Poor quality! Poor customer service! Poor knowledgeable employees!
